Could you please confirm if you’re using the classic checkout, i.e., the one created with the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout]? Our plugin is only compatible with this checkout type. If you’re using the block-based checkout, you would need to use the Checkout Fields for Blocks plugin instead:

If you’re already using the shortcode checkout and the fields are still not showing up, we kindly ask you to create a new support thread here:
