# Just Displaying “Loading”

 * Hello .
 * I have tried using your plugin but on the pop-up window it only shows the product
   image and the text loading for description / add to cart etc .
 * What supposed to be the problem ?
 * Please let me know how to fix this , thanks !

 * Hi,
    we’ve just checked in your installation and we see, in your products, the“
   loading” section is printed by another plugin. Do you have some plugins that 
   maybe handle “components”? If so, in this case, to make both plugins working 
   together a specific integration is needed. You could simply contact the developers
   of that plugin to ask them to load the “components” after the quick view is opened,
   by using the `qv_loader_stop` action triggered by **YITH WooCommerce Quick View**.
