Just attempted to restore a website to earlier version. Did not work.

    I had a website go down. First time using Updraft Plus. Chose a saved copy from January 18th. Pressed restore. Now all of my plugins have been erased, including updraft plus. Please help.

    Hi,

    To help us find out the cause of the problem, can you please send us full copy of the restoration log?
    You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
    You can send the log file and copy the contents into an online tool (such as http://pastebin.com/ )
