 * I would like to suggest you this modify:
 * we have installed your plugin to allow the Editor to create other users with 
   maximum the same level. So an Editor may create another Editor. But an Editor
   cannot create an Adminstrator…
    This option it’s not implemented. It could be
   a good tip!
