Others who might read this can get support for their issues at http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/support/ (where we charge for support) or here on the WordPress.org forums (where we help a lot of people for free):

For what it’s worth, we have strong views about keeping the settings for the core Paid Memberships Pro plugin streamlined, and expect people to use addons or custom development to get PMPro working exactly how you want. What we lose in terms of easy of use if we happened to have the exact setting you want, we make up for by the fact that PMPro is the most flexible membership plugin for WordPress.

That said, we’re always open to suggestions for making Paid Memberships Pro better. We often change our mind about particular parts of the plugin. I encourage people to use the forums linked above to discuss your issues and suggestions before posting 1 star reviews.

You haven’t configured it well. I am continued customer of PMPro. It’s the most powerful and the best free plugin you can ever find. Support is excellent and the best of all membership plugin. I’ve made over 200 membership website’s powered by PMPro.

Just you need to setup it correctly as per instruction.
