 * So I’ve noticed recently that when using the scroll wheel on my mouse to scroll
on my homepage, which uses the parallax plugin, that it is very badly jumpy/jittery.
Although it’s fine if using the scrollbar.
 * This happens the worst in Chrome and Opera but is seemingly ok in Firefox and
Edge. BUt it wasn’t happening like this in any browser before a month or two
ago. I’m not sure when it began happening as I haven’t been checking my site
that often over the past while, the only big thing I can recall is updating from
Windows 7 to Windows 10 but I didn’t think that would really cause this!
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fjumpy-scroll-when-using-scrollwheel%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi Aimee.
 * I looked at your website. The problem you’re experiencing is probably caused
by a conflict with another script on your site. There were several warnings from
other scripts in the console when I looked.
 * With that said… If it’s an issue with the parallax javascript itself, this is
just something that I am enabling with the parallax shortcode. In other words.
The issue isn’t my plugin, but rather you’re having an issue with the parallax.
js script which I am just making it easy for people to use in WordPress.
 * So unfortunately, there’s nothing I can do to help you fix it, since the issue
   isn’t with my plugin itself.
 * I would look at whatever script you’re using to customize the scrollbar as a
   potential cause of problems.
