jumping to a specific pdf page not possible

    hi support team,

    i’ve got a problem. if i open the following url (https://www.lifestyle-generation.it/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/lucimIT.pdf#page=5) directly in my browser, the pdf on page 5 will be displayed.

    if i call the same url via a button, the popup window does not open and i get an error message: the requested content cannot be loaded. please try again later.

    am i doing something wrong or is the plugin not able to call pdfs on specific pages?

    i have changed the settings Local PDF viewer to iframe. now it works.

    the iframe solution only works on my pc-browser. when i look at it on my ipad or iphone, it only loads the first page of the pdf.

    maybe there is another spelling as link extension instead of: #page=5

    i hope that someone can help me.

    Hello

    Sorry, but currently the plugin doesn’t support ability to define default page in a PDF document. We will add this ability for PDFJS viewer in a future version of the plugin.
