Good feature set, but I have encountered a serious error that prevents the slideshow photos from displaying: “Juicebox Error: Config XML file not found.” If I downgrade to a much earlier version of the plugin, the problem goes away. Stinks because I can’t take advantage of the newer features. Unfortunately, I can’t give this plugin more than 1 star because of this bug.

    Hello Mark,

Typically, the “Juicebox error” is caused by one of these two things:

    1) The theme may be setting the pluginUrl to an empty string which forces the plugin to look for our client-assist.php in a directory that does not exist.

Our plugin uses WordPress’ standard plugins_url() function to get the pluginUrl. You’ll want to make sure that this is being properly implemented on your end. How you’ve installed dsIDXpress may be the issue.

    2) By “some other” .js error.

Because it works for you in an older version of the plugin, we believe it could be an issue with the order of .js file includes (and not related to the plugin URL).

I see that you have already removed dsIDXpress from the site. We’d be happy to look into this further for you but would need to see it reactivated in order to guide you in the right direction.

    thank you!
