# JSON URL Load

 * Hi I’m testing out the Visualizer. The options to load data for a chart include
   JSON end point. This option is not locked . When I try it out all works well 
   unntil I create the chart. When I create the chart the chart reversts back to
   the demo chart and my chart is not created. Is this feature not availible in 
   the free version?

 * Thank you for using Visualizer.
 * JSON endpoint is available with the free version too but live updates are not.
   You should be able to create a chart using it, can you share the endpoint that
   you’re using and what is the type of chart that you’re creating so we can also
   test it out?
