# JSON / REST API loading issue

 * Hi, I was told by WeDevs Dokan support that my pages on the site aren’t loading(
   url not found error) because my REST API and JSON is not loading. I’m not sure
   exactly what that means to be honest, but I’d like some help to get my site up
   and running properly. It’s supposed to be a multi-vendor marketplace using WooCommerce
   and Dokan. Hosting is through Google Cloud Hosting, and they said to get support
   here.
