JSON Error in Appearance>customization – WP v.4.1

    Hi there WP folks,

    I have a WordPress multisite install running WordPress v. 4.1. We are having issues with site users being unable to customize their themes due to a JSON loading error. They receive the following error when attempting to customize their pages:

    json_encode()[function.json-encode]:recursion detected in home/opencuny/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2663

    Anyone have any insight?? Any help would be much appreciated!
