# json error

 * Hi all,
 * I was trying to integrate GetResponse with woocommerce.
    But it failed to connect.
 * And the support of GetResponse said my server returns a JSON error:
 * [https://www.myshield.com.hk/wp-json/](https://www.myshield.com.hk/wp-json/)
 * which causes the integration to fail.
 * How can I fix this problem? Thanks

   today it seems the JSON response is outputting the content correctly and I’m 
   not seeing any error messages displaying.

 * I’d suggest reaching back out to GetResponse to see if they can indicate exactly
   what error message they’re seeing and if the can provide some more detailed information
   on that for you.

 * Get Response get back to me and it said there is a BOM error on the json file
 * They said BOM cannot be decoded by json_decode
 * Anyone can give me an idea what should I do?
