• Awesome fully featured plugin – at the free level. I do have the PRO but it is more powerful than I have seen at large customer support operations. It provides the ability for you to build a true support library in addition to just answering tickets.

    Just wanted to add on that ALL my support requests have been answered within 12 hours and I have submitted nearly half a dozen over four days. So the response to inquiries is very good and consistent.
