JS not firing when loading through AJAX?

We’re trying to use admin-ajax.php to load a separate page and call a RGG shortcode in that page.
It looks like the HTML is being outputted from the plugin, but the JS doesn’t seem to be firing.
Is there something we can do to remedy this?
