 * I am using a customer center plugin called aios.
    However, using the Autoptimize
   plug-in will cause the error symptoms. I have found this error via Google Chrome
   Developer Tools.

 * I had a look in Chrome [@doogis](https://wordpress.org/support/users/doogis/),
   but I don’t see any such error. I also looked for `tickets-list.js` (in which
   the error is triggered) in the un-optimized and optimized page source, but it’s
   not there. So maybe this only happens for you as a logged on user?

    I skipped the test account and did not create it. 
   This symptom occurs only if you are log-in. The following are test accounts.

 * OK, it looks as though you’re only excluding `wp-content/plugins/di-aiosc-1/assets/
   js/tickets-list.js`, but you’ll have to exclude `wp-content/plugins/di-aiosc-
   1/assets/js/` entirely. can you double-check exclusions and then clear any cache
   you might have?

   assets / js / wp-content / plugins / di-aiosc-1 /

 * sorry, didn’t realize it was still broken 🙂
 * the di-aiosc-1 exclusions are OK, can you also exclude `js/jquery/jquery.form.
   min.js` and disable “try/catch wrapping”?
