# JS errors, plugin deactivated

 * After installing and then deactivating Speed Booster Pack, Ninja Forms doesn’t
   work. I get these js errors:
 * [Log] JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1 (jquery-migrate.min.js, 
   line 2)
    [Error] Failed to load resource: Could not connect to the server. (flatsome.
   min.js, line 0) [Error] TypeError: undefined is not a function (near ‘…jQuery(
   window).mg_smartresize…’) (anonymous function) (overlays.js:153) i (jquery.js:
   2:27455) fireWith (jquery.js:2:28215) ready (jquery.js:2:30018) K (jquery.js:
   2:30374) [Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status 
   of 404 (Not Found) (math.map, line 0)

   deactivated Speed Booster Pack, could you please make sure you’ve also cleared
   your site’s cache? Are you using any 3rd party caching plugins?
 * Could I get a screenshot of all the plugins you currently have installed, as 
   well as the theme you’re using ?
 * In order to debug such scenarios, we need as much details as possible.

 * The theme is Flatsome 2.9.2 – I get the same problem with other themes.

   disable all the other plugins while keeping Speed Booster Pack active, and see
   if the issue persists, please?
 * I want to isolate the issue to Speed Booster Pack and make sure it’s actually
   coming form within it. After we’ll isolate the issue, I’ll try to recreate it
   my end as well.
 * One of the first things you should do is: make sure jQuery isn’t being loaded
   in your footer. You can exclude jQuery from the footer by following this guide:

 * I deactivated and reactivated the plugins with SBP active (all options off). 
   Everything is now working.
