JS error stops conditional fields loading

    v2 doesn’t load conditional fields on click, producing the following error:

    index.js?ver=5.4:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'checked' of null
    at index.js?ver=5.4:1
    at NodeList.forEach (<anonymous>)
    at t (index.js?ver=5.4:1)
    at HTMLFormElement.<anonymous> (index.js?ver=5.4:1)

    CF7 is running on v 5.4. All caches cleared, site cache plugin inactive.
