    Hi attractiv

I’m sorry, that’s not possible. But we are working on a solution.

One thing you could do is to enable/disable all plugins which potentially interfere with our plugin a tell us your insights. Which browser and browser version do you use?

    Kind regards, Oliver

    Hi attractiv

    Does the problem still exist?

If yes, we would like to understand the source of the problem. Therefore it’s important for us to know which browser version and which plugins you’re using beside Q2W3 Fixed Widget.

    Thank you, Oliver

I disabled all other plugins, the error is still there.
using Chrome Version 74.0.3729.108 (Offical build) (64-Bit).

    Hi attractiv,

I think your problems should already be resolved with our latest update. Please get back to me, if that’s not the case.

    Best regards
