jquery.js is disabling other javascript link (wordpress)

I’m new to javascript and i’m having a problem running multiple scripts on my wordpress website. When i link to a jquery.js file it seems to disable a jquery_002.js file. the jquery.js file makes a slideshow happen and the jquery_002.js file creates an interactive navigation animation. When i turn on the jquery.js the navigation stops working and when i turn it off the navigation woks but the slideshow doesn’t. Is there a way to make both of these files in a way that they don’t disable each other?

in this menu is having one javascript and sliding pics having another javascript.
