jQuery UI enqueued over HTTP causing mixed content errors

    Hi there,

    JQuery UI CSS is enqueued over HTTP, instead of HTTPS. This causes mixed content errors for users.

    Changing this on lines 4 and 9 of user/includes/assets.php fixes it easily. Should probably be patched, no?
