jQuery TwentyTwenty Plugin

I want to add TwentyTwenty plugin into my WordPress page. You can view the plugin here: http://zurb.com/playground/twentytwenty. When I downloaded the file, it gave me bunch of files including CSS, JS, INDEX etc etc. I want to implement this into my WordPress page to have same effect.
Currently, I am adding three JS files that I downloaded into my WP-CONTENT folder and then adding the JS script into FOOTER.PHP, adding the CSS file into STYLE.CSS and then copying and pasting the HTML code into page. However, for some reason, it tends to not work at all. All I see is two images overlapping each other and both images are cut off in half.
Has anyone used this before or help me out implement this into my site? Would really appreciate your help
