jquery inside a thickbox

Hi!

I have a question about using jquery inside a (native) thickbox in the admin panel.
I’m creating a metabox on the post edit page wich open a plugin page’s in a thickbox. In this page I would like to use jQuery…
I can use it if I open this page as thickbox iframe and add jquery script in the html meta page but it would be better using the native wp functions.

I want it to work like this:

My metabox button –> opening My Html Page in thickbox (ajax content) –> My html page in the thickbox uses jQuery (to do some actions like ajax calls too)

Any idea ?
