jQuery in inserted scripts

Hi, I’m a wordpress newbie trying to use this plugin to insert some AJAX calls into the body of a page. Right now I paste in a script tag linking to Google’s CDN to get jQuery, but how can I use WordPress’ jQuery in my scripts instead?
