 * This is a known issue when using a non-wordpress jQuery library. Go to plugin
   settings and change the “Selector(s)” option to:
 * `a[href*='#']:not([href='#'])`
 * FYI: This fix is already included in [plugin’s development version](https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/page-scroll-to-id.zip).
