# jQuery.cookie is not a function

 * When I enter the Frontend, all I see is a looping gear. The menu doesn’t work;
   whenever I click on any item it doesn’t do anything, except for uploading video
   or a link; those seem to work.
 * The console says the following:
 *     ```

 * I’ve disabled all plugins, used only default theme. Nothing seems to work.

 * Upon further testing, I’ve noticed that the plugin seems to work if I let it 
   create a page automatically.
 * But if I manually create a page and add the shortcode, it doesn’t work.
