Jquery content slider menu function

Hello WordPressor’s.

I’m currently working on my own template, and having much fun with it.
Unfortunately i’m stuck because I need a kind of jquery plugin which slides the content away (center to left) when you click on a menu.

At the moment my wordpress knowlege isn’t high enough so i can’t build plugins, but i hope that one of you guys have a link or maybe an idea for what i could do.
Hope you all understand my issue.
