jQuery Colorbox cant Reload

Hello,

i tried the reload script from
here
to reload colorbox. After that ajaxify just stops workin. no fading, no nothing … when using the native gallery it doesnt show me the pictures per se, just as code.

everything else is working pretty good except the home button in the menu doesnt ajaxify the page. when i click on the logo everything is fine.

the other thing is that when going back to the home page the featured pages widget that is built in with the theme just stops working.

i hope somebody can help me clean the issues ! thank you !
