jQuery Colorbox and Nextgen Gallery 2.x

Since NGG is released as 2.x, I have problems with jQuery Colorbox and the grouping of photos (in galleries and posts).

Before NGG 2.0 it was possible to click a thumbnail to enlarge the photo in jQuery Colorbox. Once there it was able to click through the grouped photos. But now you need to close the Colorbox and click the next thumbnail to enlarge the next photo.

Example for a gallery:
…/stadt-land-fluss/staedtetour-barcelona/

Example for a post:
…/akt-unter-tageslichtatmosphaere/

If I do not use photos of the NGG in posts but of the mediathek, it works fine:
…/fineart-poster-saal-digital/.

Any tips?
