 * SessionVarsAvailable returned NOT Available – $_SESSION
    jQuery Call Error: Session
   Variables not available
 * This has never happened before. Can you help?

 * Sorry for the long delay in getting back to you. I’ve not been getting notification
   of new entries in this forum, so I didn’t know there were queries waiting ….
 * StageShow uses direct calls to the plugin code implemented using AJAX, which 
   bypass the WordPress code, and to improve the speed of the box-office code. This
   requires that the same “PHP Session Variables” are available both to WordPress
   and to the StageShow code that implements this feature. StageShow set a value
   in the Session Variables when running within WordPress and checks for the same
   value when executing an AJAX call. It is this check that is failing on your site.
 * It has happened once before, but I never found out how it was resolved (which

 * Just to add a “me as well” to this, I see that Patrick’s page is working, so 
   can I ask how you resolved this?
 * I’m using Stageshow Plus 7.0 with WordPress 4.9.5. Running on nginx 1.8.1, php
   7.0.27 and mysql 5.7.
