Can you copy and paste the code in robots.txt here?
If you Disallow access to wp-includes, that page should not be indexed.

That version of jQuery is loaded by WordPress by default.
Google isn't indexing wp-includes it's just aware of that jQuery file since it's being loaded by your theme.

Google indexes all JavaScript, HTML, CSS & Images that are being loaded.
I wouldn't recommend trying to disable it as many plugins depend on it.

    Arrr!!!
It will not take rankings off your page.
Sigh... It is internal script, and doesn't even count as link.
I would also advice you to google about "PR Sculpting", so you could relax a bit. You'll understand what I mean. :)
    Cheers.

I want some pages from my URL make its on high Ranking.

The way to do it is to place the links to them directly to your homepage. The pagerank is distributed evenly among the pages. Any attemp to manipulate the natural flow of pagerank is called pr sculpting and is not appreciated by google.

If you want pages to not be indexed by google, then define this with robots.txt file. However Google may choose to ignore this.
Links to the pages could also be nofollow
But again google may ignore this ;)

To help certain pages rank higher, have more internal links to them. Eg from the homepage

If you don't want it indexed in Google:

    1) Make sure it's correctly blocked via robots.txt

    2) Use Google's URL removal feature in Webmaster Tools.
