 * That’s a Google problem. Happens a lot on my sites. A real hassle, but unrelated
   to this plugin, unless something on your site is blocking Googlebot from fetching
   the file.
 * Check your site’s access log to see what HTTP status Googlebot gets when it tries
   to get the file and work from there.
 * Personally, I think Google’s crawling of static resources is unbelievably bad
   and should have been fixed years ago.
 * Also, you can easily see issues with other resources, so this is clearly not 
   the right forum to report it, and the subject is certainly not related to the
   CAOS plugin

 * I normally use the feedback method on the respective Google page to report the
   issue, but often, waiting and retrying ends up with a good crawl > analysis.
