jquery & scriptaculous conflict

Hello everybody,
I’ve stumbled on (to someone) a simple problem, last couple days I’m trying to figure out how to make jquery & scriptaculous work together, no success so far, I’m aware that they conflict and there is a workaround explained at jquery_noConflict page but me not being really javascript savy do not know what really to do with it. I would like to retain use of scriptaculous toggle effect while having a jquery slide as well. Does anyone knows how to deal with this sort of situation?
