Jpg images work but not png

Hello, we’re trying to switch to png images for the plugin. jpg images work just fine. However, once we switch to png images it does not show up at all.

Here’s the short-code we’re using to call it. Like I said no issues until images are swapped out for png images.

Is there something I’m doing wrong here?
