# Joomla components –> WordPress Plugins

 * I have a very old joomla site that I am migrating to WordPress .. it features
   a glossary (Run Digital Glossary) and a web link library (Link Directory, from
   Soner Ekici) .. both joomla components that work very well but would really like
   to be able to move the functionality of both of these tools onto a new WP site.
   A scanned the extensions directory but without actually installing probably way
   too many to check out, I can’t really tell what would have similar functionality
   and more importantly, what would be easy to set up by exporting from the joomla
   database and being able to use some sort of input file on WP (we’re talking a
   couple thousand definitions in the glossary and a about 800 web links .. if I
   had to recreate manually, I’d probably just have to say goodbye to the functionality..
   don’t really want to do that!!
