Please make sure that you are using the updated and latest version of the plugin (the Zoom SDK was updated to the latest version). After that, try to recreate a new meeting again and check by deactivating extra plugins and by deactivating browser extensions as well (if you have)

Thank you for your response. We did fresh installation around 4 days ago so it’s an updated version already. Still we reinstall the plugin again, disabled browser extensions and deactivated all other plugins, none of it helped unfortunately.

There shouldn’t be such restriction as we tested in our testing environments.
Could you please kindly activate debug logs and send most recent debug logs to us? We will be able to check the logs and find the core of the restriction in your site

The error indicates to the incorrect Time Zone and this case could be due to multiple factors. You need to make sure that your Zoom configurations are properly set. Since on our testing environments we couldn’t detect it. It will be helpfull for us, if you could provide exact step-by-step scenario how you created the meeting on your end

We want timezone to be EST and it is same for meetings, wp and zoom app.

Meeting shortcode was not generated. After creating the meeting in the sidebar, the shortcode was supposed to be displayed by default. Such issue doesn’t come on our users live sites and on our testing environments.
Our developer recommending to go to the zoom official site and recreate your personal Zoom SDK and API credentials once again from scratch and use them on the site.
In case if re-creating new credentials could’t help, please provide your email, so we will contact with you to get your site wp-admin credentials, our dev will need full site permissions and cPanel credentials as well for deeper research of this unique case that comes on your site
