# Joigning meeting Timeout

 * We have a problem with your plugin.
 * When we join the meeting with the Zoom app it works fine.
 * However when we join the meeting with the web browser by clicking on the link
   in the table we get the following message: “Joining meeting timeout” “Fail to
   join the meeting”.
 * Similar when we use the zoom integration directly on the website:
 * [zoom_join_via_browser meeting_id = “YOUR_MEETING_ID” login_required = “no” help
   = “yes” title = “Test” height = “500px” disable_countdown = “yes” passcode = “
   1232132121” webinar = “no”]
 * Do you have a solution for this problem?

 * Same here 🙁 After weeks of testing we had our first live event this morning 
   and had 90% or more users get failure joining via the embed.
