I must have missed something in the setup, but my jobs don’t seem to show up. I’ve added 2 new jobs, put the shortcode ([jobs]) on the page, and told the plugin settings the page where the shortcode is. I see the search fields and the job types but not any listings. Thanks for your help!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Are you using a plugin to combine or compress JS, or otherwise speed-up its delivery? It might be related to that, as I don’t see the AJAX spinner circling below the job search fields, indicating that the job listings are even beginning to be loaded.

Just installed the plugin, have the same basic issue. The shortcode isn’t even being recognized, just rendered as text.

    Hi @chrisunderwood !

I checked your site and you seem to have managed to figure this out 🙂

@mpedersen , are you using the block editor? If yes, have you used the shortcode block to add the shortcode?

No, not using blocks on that particular test page. I had the wrong shortcode, simply [jobs], like the original poster (Chris). 99% sure I found that bad somewhere in the documentation or support forum, but now I can’t find where I got that bad shortcode.

However, once I saw the proper shortcode here in another post, I switched it to [jb_jobs] it was like magic 😉 Thanks for checking in…I should’ve updated this post proactively!
