    Hello:

    Phase 1 –
    I have a designed a theme to be implemented into my WP blog. I have a layered photoshop file or can give you a flat hi-res jpg. The theme should be created so it can be used on my current blog and be reused for future blogs.

    Phase 2/3 –
    I am looking for someone what has good knowledge of PHP to recommend and install an image upload and management utility that would be helpful with my blog. It’s very visual blog so I post tons of photos. I have a few other utilities that i would like to have on the blog (randomize several google adsense accounts, is it possible?)

    If you are interested please email me some websites and blogs you’ve developed and your some of your knowledge. Please also let me know a time frame needed to do the theme and a price would be cool too.
