Hi, whenever I try to post a new job, I enter in all the information title, location, type, skills, tags, etc., and then I click “Preview” (there is no “Post Job” button, I’m not sure if there should be or you have to preview first). After I click preview, nothing happens except it pulls up a blank webpage that just says “Done” at the top. It doesn’t post the job, and nothing else happens. Just says “Done.” Am I doing something wrong here? Maybe in setup?

Sorry if this is the wrong place, I couldn’t figure out how to open a new ticket, or if a ticket is even necessary for this.

    Thanks in advance!

Anybody? The same thing is happening with Resume Manager. Every time I hit “Preview” on Submit Resume, it just brings me to the page that just says in plain text “Done.” and when I go back to the site nothing is there. Any help would be greatly appreciated please.

Hi! Without seeing the site, it’s hard for me to begin troubleshooting this. However, since you are using Resume Manager, you can send us a ticket and we’ll take a look at it:

Thanks @richardmtl, I didn’t post my website as I’d like to keep it private for now. This is happening with the basic WP Job Manager plugin as well whenever I try to submit a job. Is there a way I can PM you with the link or give you screenshots?

Like I said, since you are using the Resume Manager add-on, you *do* have access to our email support, so you can contact us directly there.

@richardmtl Sorry I should have specified – I’m using a third party resume plugin, I don’t have a license for the WP Resume plugin so that option isn’t available to me. Although the WP Job Manager plugin page says that you try to help all users in the community forum, which is why I came here. I would really appreciate the help as I have a feeling it’s probably a pretty simple tweak but I’m not very tech savvy so I don’t know how to see what’s going on. :/

    Hi!

Ah, it’s not our add-on, gotcha!

Ok, well in that case, since the issue is occurring with both plugins, my immediate suggestion is to switch to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen temporarily, and see if the issue persists. If it’s happening with both, it’s likely a theme issue. If the issue still occurs with a default theme, try turning off all other plugins, to rule out a plugin conflict. If it still happens even then, let me know!

Okay I will try that, thanks @richardmtl!

Hey @richardmtl, just an update: it was indeed a plugin conflict. The plugin is called “Transcoder” which converts photos/videos to thumbnails. I will have to find an alternative it seems. Thanks again for the help!
