Can you run it again? It seems like your database backup is running ok but files and folders backup is not. Please try to use another “Archive Format” (Currently, you are choosing zip format), you can choose “Tar Gzip” format or “Tar” instead and rerun. If errors still happen, you can try again but change backup file location from Dropbox to “Backup to Folder”. Let me know if it helps you or you need further help! Generally a setting of about 25 seconds is the best.
