    I have recently downloaded BackWPup but the jobs are not being successful due to the following errors:

    Folder D:/INETPUB/VHOSTS/artconfluence.in/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-c573c6-temp is not in open basedir, please use another folder.

    Folder D:/INETPUB/VHOSTS/artconfluence.in/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-c573c6-logs is not in open basedir, please use another folder.

    Hi @divyanshp7
    I would suggest you check the folder permission of the website directory to make sure BackWPUp has write permission.
    Also, make sure that you turn off open basedir ( you can contact the hosterand they will help you do that)
