When you look at it in the admin area — what do you see? Are they logged into an account when saving as a draft? Using any addon plugins on your site? Same versions of plugins on production and staging sites?
You have to be logged in for creating listings on our page. When I´m in the admin area, I can see what they wrote in their drafts and see all attachements.
We are using the same verisons of the plugins on staging and on live. There is no difference.
And even on the live site, I´m not able to reproduce this, for me it works.
@braehler might just be user error or something — or maybe it never actually saved — or maybe they are using some super old and out-dated Internet Explorer — tons of possibilities but if you’re unable to replicate it — hard to say what the problem is.
@tripflex yes I know, maybe I have to set up a “super oldschool machine” to reproduce this.
One suggestion that comes to my mind is, that we imported some of the listings from our old system which was based on typo3. Could this causing the issue?
I had a cutomer on the phone facing this problem here again. I logged on his computer via remote and for some reason his draft was empty.
But in my backend I was able to see all his text inputs.
@braehler when this happened, do you know what browser / OS they were using? Were you able to check for any errors in the browser’s developer or javascript console?
@richardmtl
we´ve tested this on our systems, and there seems to be a problem with the status “draft”. When you create a listing and save it, the first save works. But when you continue to edit the draft, save it for the second time and then later open the draft, its empty. When we change the satus from draft to expired via the admin backend the the content is shown.
Browsers: FF and Chrome. OS: Win7, Win10, and Linux Mint.
All the same problem.
This can also be a conflict with the WC-Paid listing add on.
I´ve also created a support ticket on your site, and the response was positive in recreating the issue from your site

Note: This issue seems to be caused by the Paid Listings add-on, as mentioned. We have an open issue in our private repository for it (issue #138); we’ll get back to you via email when it’s resolved. Thanks!
