Job Dispatched Email Notification

  • Hey Guys,

I would like WP E-Commerce to send an email notification to the customer when the order status gets changed to Job Dispatched.

I have found out how to do this on older versions of WP E-Commerce but not the in newer versions.

Would someone be able to help me with this?

    Kind Regards
    TEDOC

  • BUMP.

Any one at all able to point me in the right direction, knows someone who may be able to help?

or even a paid or free plugin I could use.

I am also willing to pay for a developer to fix it for me.

From what I understand, when you select “job dispatched” and enter a tracking number, the site sends the customer an email based on what you have entered in the Store > Admin Settings under the Track and Trace settings. There, you can create the email to send to your customers once an order has shipped.

    Hi tnh,

Yes this is the work around my client is currently using, its not the most elegant way of doing things, was hoping for more of a php fix, that would send it out automatically when the status was changed, as I mentioned, it was doable in the earlier versions of the plugin, but not now.

Then I don’t understand why it’s not working for you. Mine are sent automatically when the status is changed and I am using version 3.8.12.1
