Job board/auction theme or plugin needed

Hey all,

I have a site which is getting enough traffic to start adding a job board or auction to it.

Here’s my model: persons posts projects on the job board section of the site. These are like freelance projects on Elance. Professionals can register with my website and for a monthly fee access the job listings and contact information of the employer.

I’m not sure whether I need auction software for this or a job board. I have looked at some job board plugins but those rely on importing jobs from other jobboards or the employer paying money to the site, which is not what I want.

I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
