Job bidding plugin required

Hi all,

I am looking for a job posting plugin that allows users to post jobs and then for freelancers to be able to showcase their work and bid on the job. Very much like a well known site with the word freelancer in the title.

Ideally, we would like to be able to take commission from the job auction.
