Job Application submission isn't forwarding to e-mail

Job Application isn’t forwarding by e-mail to the employer who posted the job, must be something wrong with my setup can someone help me, and when I make a test by filling out an application that I put a dummy job posting i get this message and it does not forward to my e-mail address; “Thank you for your application.
