    Hello
    Great plugin, thank you.
I managed to set up my Jitsi server and connected to meet-room. The images are a bit fuzzy but I searched and it seems adding something to the code might fix the issue. I haven’t tried it yet, hopefully, it’ll resolve the issue.
I do have a couple of questions.
I set up the room that I want to associate to the group.
I checked that part works great. But two issues. The room I chose for the group, didn’t show up in the room selection when I wanted to meet with a member only.
When we ended the meeting at the test group, a window opened where you can add more rooms.
    1. I was wondering if there is a way to only allow group admins to create meeting rooms??

    2. Wouldn’t it be better to see this window to create room when we are setting the buddymeet??

    3. These groups are hidden at our site, therefore only invited members have access. I am not concerned with password, but I do wonder if we need to go to my jitsi domain each time, if we need to set up a room to show on a page since those need passwords??

When I created the group and then setup the buddymeet there was no option to access my jitsi site to add the room. I had to go to my jitsi domain and set it up to add it.
    4. Is there a way to add the room associated with the group from inside my website when I am setting up buddymeet??

  • Hi,

regarding the page you see when you end the meeting from the button that jitsi meet has, it is something that the plugin cannot control. For that reason I suggest that you hide that button so users have just to navigate out of the page in order to close the meeting.

    1. This is something I am considering to add in the admin menu I am working on, that will be accesible via the admin panel.

2,3 You can create a new room via the plugin by clicking on the “Create Room” tab.

    4. When you create a new group, the plugin automatically creates a sigle room which is accessible by all members of the group. You can visit that room by clicking on the “Meet Group” tab.

    Thanks,
    Themis
