 * When will i get a refund?
    I purchased gravity forms addon for jigoshop, and 
   I’m not satisfied with it’s features. Sent several emails to jigoshop.

 * No idea – you need to contact them directly – WordPress.ORG forums are only for
   support of free versions of plugins.
