Trying to connect Jetpack and am getting the error message “Unable to insert blog.”

WordPress is installed in a sub-folder called jcd-store – so it is registering the incorrect xmlrpc file.

Hi there @spiechowski,

I have updated a setting in the background to reflect the jcd-store sub-directory for Jetpack to locate the xmlrpc file. Now, we are able to access the xmlrpc file here: https://www.janacarrickdesigns.com/jcd-store/xmlrpc.php

Please try reconnecting Jetpack to see if this resolves the broken connection.

We will be here to address any follow-ups.
