    Hi There,
    On my fairly recent site I’ve been receiving notes of complaint from folks who can’t sign up to the blog subscription. I’ve tried with several of my own email addresses. Although the email is accepted, no confirmation is received and no posts are delivered. Can someone have a look to see what the issue is?

  • Hello, the same thing is happening to me, in my website of WhatsApp groups (https://gruposdewasap.com/) when it comes time to subscribe to the Blog through the Jetpack form they do not receive the confirmation email. I hope you can help us.

    Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1. Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2. Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3. Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4. Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5. Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.

    Are you referring to the form available here?

    Both the form above and the Subscribe to the blog form on your site are from MailChimp, not Jetpack.

    Did you switch to these forms after creating your thread here, or were these the ones you were originally referring to?

    We did not see any private inquiries related to the site in question. Can you confirm the issue number you were assigned?

    Hi There,
    I got tired of fielding complaints from readers trying to subscribe and being unsuccessful so I replaced the functionality with MailChimp’s RSS Campaign. The original question was posted almost a month ago and I followed the instructions from @lizkarkoski and submitted through the site. After I didn’t get a response, I questioned again and was told there was a bit of a backlog. Understandable, but I had to be responsive to my readers at some point 🙂

    The functionality that I was questioning was Jetpack’s blog subscription functionality.I don’t believe I received an issue number – hence my follow up question over 3 weeks ago – I hadn’t received anything at that point.

    I can put the subscription widget back in place but since I can’t get it to work, I don’t really want it being visible for long…I’m sure you understand.
